Langley Hwdc

I have a package that was posted from singapore on the 6th Feb and has been showing as being at Langley Hwdc since the 17 Feb - when is it going to be released for delivery ?

it may be sitting there waiting for a customs payment before it gets released, you should call customer services 08457 740740 with your tracking number they will be able to advise you further

It may be shown as having arrived at HWDC on 17/2, but that does not mean it will still be there.
Even if it was originally a tracked item, once it arrives in UK it will not be tracked. Only mail from 12 countries are, and Singapore isn't one of them. So it may well be at your local Delivery Office awaiting delivery.

Hello. My mum send me two package from portugal at 21st of may and they arrived one at 27th and another one at 29th in langley hwdc..I be at my local post office in eccles,manchester and they no have any package for me. And i need the stuff...im pregnant is my last trimester and in that boxes just come some clothes for my baby! Can u sort out please? I have the package register number...thank you

You need to call 08457 740740 with the tracking number.
