Hi, I was recently sent an expensive item by Special Delivery.
As it had passed the guaranteed time of delivery I put the number into track and trace and have been told that the delivery was made and signed for.
The signature is not yet available but I have not received a package.
I am in an apartment complex with a concierge, but he has not signed for or taken the item. He's done so before on occasion, but usually the postie comes up to my door and knocks.
I'm worried some random person signed for and took my item. Any advice on what I can do? The customer helpline just goes through endless recorded messages before referring me to the website, and while it tells me what sorting office my parcel went from, there's no contact information for that office available online whatsoever.
Thanks for any help!

Check that it was sent to the correct address. I know it sounds basic but there have been many occasions where Specials have been sent to the wrong place due to typos on the numbers. Other than that you can contact the local office and find out who the postman delivered it to.

Hopefully as they went off line at 1250 and have not been back since it may have been one of those that get pre confirmed by the locker and its turned up all safe and sound
