Warrington Mail Center delays.

Any updates on what’s happening at the new mail center in Warrington? At my address in Crewe, I now get some letter post, but it is difficult to say how long it has been in transit because so little mail is franked with a date stamp. Large letters and small packages still seem to take weeks to get through Warrington. I have now been waiting 18 days for 3 items posted to me by Amazon. How long will it be before this is resolved? Royal Mail customer service is about as much use as a chocolate teapot when it comes to getting information about Warrington. All they can say is “we expect all mail to be delivered in the next few days”! Does anybody have a telephone number for a manager at this center?

Warrington mail center is now back on track after xmas chaos - delays are most likely at Crewe delivery office
