How reliable is tracking?
With SD all I get is your item is progressing through our network. When I sent an item on Tuesday it said that right up to it was delivered, no its out for delivery or anything. I am experiencing same with an item I'm waiting on and customer services don't seem much help, it's like they are getting scanned when received and when delivered no in between

At the minute it seems to be correct, the MCs have struggled under the amount of tracked/specials and seem to have abandoned scanning them in and instead leaving it up to the DOs to scan them in.
