wrong postage
i recently sent a A4 letter and paid the wrong postage will my letter be delivered can any one help me???

When/if this surcharge is paid your letter will be delivered.

You will have paid 32p ( 2nd class ) or 41p ( 1st ) which is 19p or 10p short of the 51p for a 2nd class large letter so the adressee will have to pay £1.19 or £1.10 which includes the £1 surcharge fee.
It's no good complaining as Royal Mail will reminding you that it's the sender's duty to ensure that correct postage is affixed prior to posting.
