Failure To Deliver

Post by royalmailiskak »

Why exactly do we pay for this service? It's a simple procedure.

One man puts a stamp on an envelope and posts it. A couple of men and machines sort through them and then another man delivers it.
It's not rocket science. Yet Royal Mail seem to find it hard. Hard to the point where you get no post for a week and get no explanation as to why. Not just you but your whole street. All the dumb blonde answering the phone wants to do is escalate it. That's if she can stop filing her nails long enough.

I think Royal Fail is a more apt name. Maybe they ought to drop the royal bit though. They don't deserve it.

No doubt some thieving little toerag in the sorting office has helped himself to items that belong to me. Possibly putting it away as a little nest egg ready for when Royal Fail announce the next set of job cuts.

If I can't get answers from Royal Fails Customer Service then the chance of getting it from some knuckle dragging bumbling idiot at the delivery office is likely to be slim verging on none. I don't see why I should have to chase these nobs around. They are paid to provide a service. Albeit some half baked piss poor service. The service has gone down quicker than a hooker in a brothel.

Speaking of which, Royal Fail probably couldn't organise a f**k in a brothel.

 Ok then,if a whole street is not recieving their mail then summins wrong and summin will be done about it.
If you've made a complaint through customer service, then i assure you the Manager will know about it.
If things like that happen it gets sorted, whether he's a knuckle dragger or not.
How long has this been going on for and is it still going on?
IF a rogue postie is nicking a whole streets worth of mail it shouldn't go on for long.

PS THE SWEAR WORD CENSOR IS THERE FOR A REASON!!!!!

Your post is ridiculous.
It's not as simple as putting a stamp on and delivering.
It's the higher ups who choose to cut the workers wages (meaning sorters/carriers etc) to retain more money for upper management. If ever there was misspending and loss DON'T look at the posties look at mismanagement. They hire these foreign workers who can't even speak English, let alone read it, they wait til it's too late to bring in temp help for Christmas rush, knowing full well that every Christmas post goes mad!
Your comment about the dumb blonde and filing fingernails is out of line.
I suppose then that your knuckles drag the sidewalk and you spend more time scratching inside your pants then you do using your brain.

Your rules do say keep the swearing to a minimum. Tis a bit silly to request that and then whine about people swearing.

I can't be bothered to read that. Although I will say I spend a lot of time scratching my balls. Do you?

Please do explain how my comments constitute trolling. I've had problems with Royal Fail. Thought I'd share them. Hardly trolling is it? If you lot are a sample of Royal Fail at its best then no wonder it's about as much use as a handbrake on a yacht.

A defintition I've found says A Troll is a newsgroup post that is deliberately incorrect, intended to provoke readers; or a person who makes such a post.
Granted none of what you have said can be proved delibrately incorrect, however I belive you are trying to provoke the rest of us, hence I used the term troll. Perhaps if you said something constructive and stopped calling people on here by dereogotaory names you might not be labelled a Troll, and indeed Posties on here may try to help you with the problems your having.

Can I also point out that this site, beyond us Posties working for Royal Mail, has nothing absoloutely whatsover to do with them. Indeed we complain about RM ourselves but we don't make it personal.

Please do point out where I have called people derogatory names. But let me start by saying don't preach to me about name calling when you have just come here and called me a troll.

It's a discussion forum. Incase you are unable to grasp the concept, it's where we discuss things. Being as this is about Royal Fail, I consider it appropriate to discuss Royal Fail and their incompetence at delivering my mail. Please also note that this thread is on the 'Customers' board where I think the idea is that Royal Fail customers post. I could be wrong but I doubt it. Now if you have something constructive to say then I'd suggest you find someone else to insult with your lame name calling idiocy.
