Had to have a refund from an eBay customer(missus does all that eBaying malarky),any way the customer said they'd posted the refund in cash in a recorded delivery letter a while back,and he'd do the tracking thing to see where it is,as we haven't got it yet.
Well blow me,today it turns up in the office "Charges",no stamp on it so there's a £1.23 charge,and in the letter they've sellotaped 3 coins onto a piece of paper.
Lucky i work at a Delivery Office so i don't have to pay the charges,but WTF!!!!! :roll:
Obviously a mistake on their part(i presume it was a mistake)but do you think they'd send cash to say a family member like that :so there

That's the best answer I've seen to the we'll sort you lot out brigade I encountered in a state/ now privatised industry. Allan's part time hoodies will throw your & the rest of the street's mail over your wall!
