More propaganda- the totals there look more like the numbers lost / damaged etc by just my office alone hehe.

The trouble is that the statistics aren't shown as a proportion of the items handled (I am assuming some mail centres are bigger and busier than others) so it isn't that easy to compare performances between postcode areas.
