Hi,

I've got an item off ebay and was despatched Monday morning. It was stamped int'l recorded to Philippines. Is the intake for new packages is high this week? Will my item at least arrive in 1-2 weeks? It would be unrealistic if I would still hope that it would arrive before Xmas day.

:funneh :Applause P.S Thanks to Royal Mail, I've got almost all of my stuffs delivered into my doorstep - none of any of the packages were damaged, opened or tampered. Hope it would be same competent service for the next year 2009!

If it was despatched last Monday in the Phillipines it may not have arrived in the UK as yet.
The last posting date for post to get to the Phillipines for Xmas from UK by airmail was 5th December (ie 20 days)
and I would expect it to take as long, if not longer for their post to get here.
But I would think you might get it before New Year - but that would depend on the amount of packets awaiting delivery
in your local Delivery Office.
