Hi..7 days agao my letter was collected bY ROyal mail destined for the UKRAINE.. large letter tracked service.
The tracking number allocated begins UB ************ and up to a couple of days ago showed that it had indeed been collected but no movement since.
Yesterday however the tracking # is not recognised at all and the number has now been removed from my click and collect history info against that particular purchase???
Anybody can help please?

Contact Royal Mail support as soon as possible.
Please note that five days ago, there was an explosion at Kiev's mail sorting centre. Ukraine has also been experiencing power cuts and attacks on civilian infrastructure due to the ongoing illegal invasion by Russia, which may be affecting mail operations. Additionally, tracked items with a UB prefix are not tracked internationally unless the destination's postal service scans them, and given the current situation, that may not be a priority.
Royal Mail may have more information, as they sometimes have administrator-level tracking that is not available to the General Public.
