I’ve paid for all my parcels tonight (5 parcels, 3 to USA, 2 to English addresses) and the collection failed. This is because it’s saying one of the payments for a parcel is coming up as “failed” yet money has been taken from my bank and I received a label to print, I wouldn’t have got the label without payment and I’ve got an email stating I’ve paid, so not sure what’s going on. I’ve been able to book the 4 items but the other item which is in the “ failed” category cant be collected I assume as Royal Mail believes I haven’t paid for it.
Now parcels cost 30p to be collected, can I try passing this to my postie as an extra to see if he’ll take it? I’ll only be taking it to the post office anyways where a postie collects it for free.

The postperson collecting your parcels won't know any details, only that 4 parcels are due to be collected. They will just scan 4 parcels and 1 additional parcel and go.
