Is anyone else having issues ordering Royal mail business supplies, such as mail sack labels etc. ? We are just being sent around in circles following the online prompts. It used to be so simple with no issues at all but now seems impossible.
Royal mail have been contacted and asked for our franking machine die number etc., which was provided, and we were then told all should be fine now, but unless you are paying for the items it is impossible to order anything.

Re: ROYAL MAIL BUSINESS SUPPLIES
If this is an online problem, could I suggest the following
Try ordering using a fresh browser (Chrome or Edge are usually safer) rather than Safari or older versions.
Clear cookies, browser cache, and disable ad blockers.
Log out fully, then log in via shop.royalmail.com → “My Account” route.
Basically, the old windows trick of turning it off and back on again.
