I frequently go to the Parcelforce London North West depot at Concord Road, Acton, London, W3 0TH.
The Royal Mail website shows a Royal Mail depot with the same name on the road next to it but I've been there and it's a movie studio.
I suspected that this was a Royal Mail map issue and they were probably also pointing to the Parcelforce depot so I asked the PF depot if they accept Royal Mail parcels and they said no. So I then ask Royal Mail CS if this RM depot exists and they said it does.
So has anyone been to this RM depot and can point me to where the hell it is?

Are you talking about the Delivery Office or the Mail Centre? The former have a counter for the public, the latter do not. Although in some cases might be in the same building.

The person I spoke to said it exists and I can drop off labelled parcels like returns and click & drop except I cannot find where it is. It's absolutely not where it says it is on the map.

Alternatively Station Parade & Horn Lane look like the closest outlets in the area, is this useful ?

The Royal Mail Delivery Office for W3 is on Bollo Lane, Acton. They wouldn’t have two. So yes, I think this is a mistake on RM’s website.
