Hi I've had a vinted parcel stuck at Gatwick for 10 days now the tracking number is TQ869652839GB. Could someone please help me as I seem to be getting nowhere with vinted customer service. Thank you

It is up to the seller to chase Royal Mail, see above.

Apart from the law, it is simply not practical for you to chase RM, as you won’t know the information that RM need.

Looks like it went through sorting and then something happened to it. It's possible it even left Gatwick, but wasn't scanned at destination. Other option is it was damaged somewhere on the way, lost label, etc.

I'm afraid, you will have to raise it with seller and request refund.
