Hi there,
I have a parcel that has been sitting in Edinburgh Mail Centre since Friday, I believe this would normally be sent on to my local office for delivery. It's a 48 tracked parcel.
How long do these parcels normally sit at a mail centre? Should I now assume the the parcel is "lost?"
