Ref: LP803026627IN

My parcel, ref above, was dispatched from India.
Tracking information has the last status from 24th April.

24/04/2025 22:17:27 Item arrived
24/04/2025 21:52:33 Item arrived
24/04/2025 17:47:27 GB Received Receptacle from abroad
24/04/2025 17:07:00 LANGLEY HWDC Item Received
24/04/2025 16:55:00 LANGLEY HWDC Item Received
24/04/2025 15:43:00 Flight - AI0111 (INDEL to GBLHR) Handed over to Airport facility
24/04/2025 15:41:00 Flight - AI0111 (INDEL to GBLHR) Mail arrived

I have not received the parcel yet.
I'm not sure what does 'Item arrived' mean in this case. Is it referring to the item having arrived at another postal facility?
Why would there be no further updates for 12 days?
Is it still at Langley? If so, could someone tell me the reason it is not moving?

This does not look like it is coming via Royal Mail, from the format of the tracking. Which courier was used at the Indian end?

The tracking is from https://www.indiapost.gov.in/
So would have been sent using international postal service with Indian post office.
It is an order I placed on a website, so just have the tracking link they provided.

Could be in customs. How long it'll take to clear is anbody's guess. There's nothing unusual about the contents of the package is there?
