Hi there,
I recently ordered something from NZ and my tracking said it had arrived in Langley in the UK at the sorting centre. However, a few days later it said it was in transit overseas again?
I wonder if anyone could help me as this was two weeks ago and there is still no sign of my parcel.
Thank you

Re: lost parcel
We're not an official Royal Mail site, just staff who may be able to offer advice on what may have happened to your item based on experience.
But to do that we'd need the tracking number - if you're willing to post it on here.
Also it may help if you're willing to give a general description of what's inside the parcel - as customs may be assessing the contents to see if they're allowed to be imported into UK.
