According to terms and condition changes coming in April:
'From 7 April 2025, we will update the terms and conditions which apply to the ordering and use of mail consumables to clarify that certain mail consumables, such as thermal labels, must only be used for items sent using specific products.'
The list on the terms and conditions states that thermal labels can no longer be used for RM24, RM48, 1st & 2nd account mail.
They can however be used for tracked 24,48, special etc.
So do i interpret this that you have to buy your own labels if you use them on those services?
How are they going to actually implement this, i mean you order the labels online - how do they know what you are using them for?
