Item Sent Via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed for

I sent a item that someone bought off of eBay through Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed For and it hasn't moved for 4 weeks from Glasgow Mail Center due to Restricited Or Prohibited goods anyone got any ideas on the whereabouts of my parcel?

Do you know what the contents of the parcel is, ie the restricted and prohibited goods ?

Hopefully, you put a notice on that batteries were not included or that will be the reason for the delay. Suspect dangerous goods go to Northern Ireland to be checked so if you have not already done so put a claim in, this is the only way to speed up the release progress when they check the database.
