Hello,
I'm writing to inquire about a Tracked 48 parcel that appears to be stuck at the Bristol MC. The parcel was received at Bristol MC on February 4th, due to be delivered on Thursday February 6th. Its tracking information shows it hasn't moved since Tuesday, February 4th.

I've contacted Royal Mail customer service multiple times, and they have unfortunately declared the parcel as lost due to the elapsed time. However, I've seen online that parcels sometimes experience delays at the Bristol MC.
I'm hoping someone at the Bristol MC can investigate this further. I'd be grateful for any information about the parcel's whereabouts or any steps that can be taken to locate it. I find it hard to believe it's truly lost. Thank you for your time and assistance.
