An item I posted by International Tracked service for Italy on 20 Dec has apparently been at Lamngley since 21 December. Anyone know whether there is a propblem there?

If an item gets stuck at that point, there is often a problem with the contents. What was inside, and is there a customs declaration attached?

This is a very different issue to the previous poster.

“Item leaving the UK” means that this was put on a plane. There won’t be any more tracking until after it leaves Philippines customs.

The tracking does look odd though. Multiple scans in one location happen occasionally, but multiple scans in multiple locations is unusual. It makes me wonder if the sender has attached the same barcode number to two or more parcels.

Looking at the dates and times makes me thin it's been returned to the UK for whatever reason and RM have sent it back out to the Philippines

The content was a single book, and the customs declaration and IOSS etc. were all correct

Hi all,

I have a similar issue. I have posted my parcel a week ago to be delivered in Croatia (International tracked & signed).
It says the item was received at Langley HWDC on Thursday 9th January, and since then nothing. I am a bit worried about my parcel.
The tracking number is: RF423264267GB
I hope someone can give me some answers. Thank you

Hopefully you didn’t just write “bracelet” on the customs declaration? That could cause a delay unless you were more specific.

The tracking shows that it left the UK on 19/12, then nothing. So held up at Irish customs.

I realise that it isn’t your item, but your neighbour should check that the contents are allowed in to the Republic of Ireland by mail and that the customs form was attached.
