Sorry, we are not an official Royal Mail channel so we can't "activate it". We can only offer advice and insights. In fact, as I am retired now, I can't even enter Royal Mail buildings any more.
In this case, RM won't consider it lost yet, but if you are on "X" then @royalmailhelp which is an official channel may be able to help. When you tweet them do not include the tracking number will they PM or ask you to PM them? This is to avoid trolls or scammers.
