I sent a very important envelope of original documents to Irish Passport Office from Norwich post office using International Tracked 10 days ago. According to tracking online it is still in Norwich. It's urgent and should have got there before the office closes for Christmas, which now seems impossible. I'm also really worried it's lost as it has my father-in-law and grandmother-in-laws original birth certificates etc in it. Any insights into what might have happened or what I can do?

according to this site https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/LG621277688GB its on its way to Heathrow for onward delivry.

Thank you for sharing this other website, but it says the same on the Royal Mail tracking and has done since the day after I posted it. How can it be on its way to Heathrow for 9 days?
