2 Parcels from Thailand to UK - no update since early July

Hello, this is a long shot but I'm at the end of my rope..

We send parcels to the UK regularly since 2018 and this has never happened before.

In July we sent 2 parcels that seem to be lost in customs since 8 and 13 of July..

Parcel 1: RO129210887TH
No update since 8 July.

Parcel 2: RO266027976TH
No update since 13 July and I've had to refund this order. Is there any way I can get it returned to sender? It's a $200 USD handmade puppet.

I tried calling Royal Mail from Thailand and was on hold almost an hour. The advice given was 'contact Thai Post'

Thai Post told me that the parcels are with UK Customs.

Is there anything I can do, or have these two puppets gone AWOL?
