Letter to Poland stuck at LANGLEY HWDC since 23.06.

Hi!
I posted a very important letter to Poland by International Tracked & Signed on 22.06. The last update is from LANGLEY HWDC / Item Leaving the UK / Departure from outward office of exchange on 23.06. My mom in Poland has not received the letter yet and Polish Post only keep saying the letter is still in the UK. I fear it's been lost and it will never arrive :neutral: . It contains only 2 sheets of paper - very important documents.

Does anyone have any idea what might have happened? Could it be that the letter is already in Warsaw in some sorting centre and they haven't scanned it yet? I read that're having some big logistical issues there. On RM tracking it says that it has been Handed to: Delivery partner, so it looks like Polish Post received it, but I'm not so sure what it means. On the Polish Post website it shows that it's still at Langley though.

its probably in customs on the Polish side https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/RN840024205GB gives an estimate of 6 Jul to 12 Jul for delivery so its unlikely to be lost.

Thank you so much for giving me hope. You are right - they just updated today morning that it reached Warsaw, it's in customs.
Strange, as it's only 2 sheets of paper. Anyway, I hope it will arrive soon.
