2 week wait letter from Monaco

I’ve been waiting for a letter from Monaco it’s been 2 weeks now. I actually get 3 or 4 a year and this is longest I’ve
Waited. I think only once I’ve had one never turn up. It
Actually contains a cheque, so would the opinion be it will
Eventually arrive or I’m best getting them to send another cheque. Only been 4 updates on tracking in 2 weeks

On the last one would that indicate it is actually in the UK now ? Any help on this appreciated

What's the tracking number? The Parcelsapp website will show all scans by both the operator in the sending country and the one in the destination country (and who made what scan).

Customs choose random batches of mail for extra checks, your item might be in one of the chosen batches

Thanks I’ve just checked that site and there’s no extra info. Although apparently that last update does mean it’s in the UK

So 15 days now and last update was on Monday. What would
Someone with experience in this gut feeling be. Is it
Likely to turn up ? Or it’s probably lost.
