Hi there
I posted a parcel of personal items from the UK to Malaysia using International Tracked and Signed. It was posted on the 18th of March and tracking says it left Langley on the 20th of March. It has yet to arrive in Malaysia and royal mail says I can claim on the 24th of April onwards
A few questions:
1. Does this mean my item is definitely lost or will Royal Mail actually try to find it?
2. They require purchase receipts for the items for compensation but some of the items are really old such as our Playstation 4 and Nespresso machine and we don't have the receipts for those. What do we do in that case?
3. A lot of the receipts are in my husband's name. But the sender and receive names are both mine. Will this be a problem?
Any help would be very much appreciated

Re: Missing parcel
What's the tracking number and what's the contents? Sometimes the contents can cause issues with customs at the destination country
