Hello, I have a question: is it normal that one of my parcels got stuck at Heathrow? I had 3 parcels from Hong Kong, and 2 arrived without any problems, but one got stuck. Tracking number - LD508855429HK

Yes.

Customs.

They don't check 100% of the parcels unless they look suspicious. However, they do select random batches and random parcels for further investigation. So it's quite normal for 1 parcel out of 3 to be checked and sometimes all of them.
