Hi everyone,
I have an important item that I stupidly forgot whilst on holiday there. It was a custom-made plastic gum shield that I wear at night for my teeth and an eye mask. The gum shield is an important and expensive item and I can easily replace the eye mask.
The host sent it quickly with Posta Slovenije as a tracked small package. The tracking no is – LB015686775SI . It will be Royal Mail that handles it in the UK.
It has now been in transit for 6 working days. I'm a bit worried it could be lost. I wish the transit period was tracked, if I just knew it was just moving through another country I would feel better. I'm not sure if this amount of time is normal? Also, I'm not sure if it's just sitting in the UK customs waiting to be scanned. Do Royal Mail pick it up when it's finished there?

Looks like it arrived at Heathrow last night, hopefully, if there are no delays in Customs you should have it soon.

Wow is that going to Europe? I don't understand how it can take so long. I naively thought mine would go on a direct 2 hour flight to London.

Yes and I live 26 mins away from the sorting office on mine (me Bracknell, the Heathrow office is in Slough). There is defiently something going on at the Heathrow LC sorting office that's making things delayed, but I am not sure what. It is very odd.
