Just wanted to confirm - I ordered an item outside of the UK and the tracking says 'delivered' by Swindon DO and I live in Streatham and the picture looks like a depot with other boxes and its a different name on the top box.

It was tracked through Swindon MC and Swindon DO. Since there is no reason why it should go that way between Heathrow and South London I suggest that the address on the parcel is in Swindon.
You need to make a refund claim from the seller and, if that fails, ask for a chargeback via your credit card provider.

2 things - go back to the seller and advise them they may have duplicated a tracking number and gave you a wrong one.
If that doesn't work then go to the card issue and ask for a charge back.
Its also possible you may fallen for a scam. China is a well known country for shopping scams with duplicate tracking number.
The least likely possibility is that the address in the UK is a distributor and they will be forwarding it on to you, but from what you posted I feel that's unlikely.
