Hi everyone.
I hope all is well with you all.
I'm desperately trying to find out about an important parcel that arrived at heathrow LC on the 20th February and hasn't moved since.
I'm hoping it not lost as I can't get a replacement. Is it normal to take so long. Its now 3 weeks and no movement. Its electronics and was sent in Romania so no issues with prohibited items etc
Thank you in advance
Rob

Re: Heathrow Airport LC
It's most likely stuck in customs, who chose random batches of mail for extra checks.
