On the 26th of Feb I sent a parcel to within Europe (5 working days is the guidance note to complete delivery)

No movement since the 1st of March. My interpretation of the last note is that the parcel is still at Langley.
Could this be correct and parcel has not yet left the country?
Is the parcel lost?
Is there anything I could do to identify where the parcel is?

Did you attach a customs declaration?
Is there a battery in the keyboard? That could cause a problem or at least a delay.
