no movement since "Insert item into bag (Otb)"

Post by mike.papageorgiou »

On the 26th of Feb I sent a parcel to within Europe (5 working days is the guidance note to complete delivery)
Royal Mail Tracking history ends at
Friday 1st March 21:06
Item Received by Royal Mail
LANGLEY HWDC IPS

Roayl Mail links to their partner tracking website to continue tracking
There are 3 entries on the second website:
2/26/2024 4:31:00 PM United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Irela Receive item from customer (Otb)
3/1/2024 9:06:00 PM United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Irela LANGLEY E Receive item at office of exchange (Otb)
3/1/2024 9:06:00 PM United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Irela LANGLEY E Insert item into bag (Otb)

No movement since the 1st of March. My interpretation of the last note is that the parcel is still at Langley.
Could this be correct and parcel has not yet left the country?
Is the parcel lost?
Is there anything I could do to identify where the parcel is?

Thanks

Did you attach a customs declaration?

Is there a battery in the keyboard? That could cause a problem or at least a delay.
