Can someone please explain why my parcel is still at the sorting office Dublin 12 since Dec 8. I sent it the same way as always with it marked as to what was inside. This was done by the Post Officer manageress who has done this before for me. Never had a problem before. I just want them to receive it before Christmas Day. I have a T&T number but won't put it on until advised to.
Can anyone please help me.

Thank you, I'm that desperate I'm trying any site possible. I've tried An Post and they said its down to the form used by my post office. The same form that's worked time and time again.
