I posted a parcel on the 8/11/23 international tracked, it arrived at Langley in the 9/11/23, tracking says you parcel is now leaving Langley on the 9/11/23 and no further updates so 20 days, Royal Mail say it’s in Australia but it’s not showing on Aus post.
I’m at a loss, it contains an item that took me many many hours to sew and my granddaughter Xmas present, can anyone suggest anything I can do?
The parcel means much more than the compensation value, has anyone experienced a parcel arriving at the destination after so long? Thank you

It's probably in Australian customs. Until they release the item to Australia Post, there's nothing that can be done

Thank you for responding, I’ve sent many parcels to Australia and the longest one was during COVID and it took 4 weeks, this has been 3 weeks now, I thought the parcels were scanned on arrival at the destination but I can’t remember, I suppose it’s just a waiting game and hopefully it turns up eventually
