Hi,
Can anyone please explain the tracking info? I can't tell if it's coming or going back. The top part (not in the screenshot) says "This item is now leaving the originating country. More information will be available when it arrives in the UK." Last tracking says item leaving overseas France, again, after already being scanned previously at Heathrow. However it also says it's been handed to the delivery partner and when I click continue tracking, it takes me to La Poste.
