Items Being Delivered With No Name or Address - Full Address

Hi, I ordered something online a day or so ago (2 orders actually), and the sender sent the items to:

Barrow Hill, Chesterfield, UK.

I have the tracking codes but they are not going to be delivered to me for obvious reasons.

I have contacted the sender but not heard from them yet. But the parcels have been shipped. I dont even know why someone would send them to that address.

I cant contact Royal Mail as I keep going around in circles and they wont let me email them, or caontact them So this was my only option, that I found by chance.

Any ideas what I should do? Will trip to the local delivery depot get the parcels to be delivered if I take proof of purchase etc?

You don't mention the postcode but if that's correct then there is a chance that your regular postie will recognise the name and deliver it.

Otherwise, it will scanned as an incomplete address and returned to the sender.

Popping down to the office would not really help to be honest as the parcels won't stay there for long. But what you may be able to do is change the address on the Inflight section of the track and trace system.
