Need some help about delay

Post by lynx140716@163.com »

I have send my two items for my friend, but it has been stuck in Heathrow International LC for 11 days ,It's been in the mail before in only two or three days, is there a strike going on there or what? What should I do to seek help, this is my handwritten letter to my girlfriend.
By the way, it was a girlfriend when it was mailed, now it's an ex-girlfriend :>

If they are heading out of the UK, which country are they going to?

What's the tracking numbers?

There is no strike and no obvious reason why this isn’t moving. But if you look round this site you will see that other items have got stuck at the same stage of the process recently.

According to tracking they haven't left Heathrow yet, they may be stuck in customs. Might be worth contacting an official Royal Mail channel.
