I ordered a parcel from another UK location to my house in London. A previous attempt at delivery failed and so the item was returned to the vendor. I subsequently paid the vendor another £4 to have the parcel re-sent.
The parcel is now being held at Mount Pleasant W DO, awaiting delivery instructions. However, when I try to update delivery options, I receive the message "Sorry, no options are currently available for this parcel."
I have tried calling Royal Mail but haven't got anywhere.
What can / should I do?
