Something for you Card even though I ws in the house.

We have lived at this address for the past 22 years and in all that time I have never missed a delivery. Our usual Post Man must be off sick as he would never have done what this Post Woman has done.
What angered me was the fact I had to ask the sender do they have any tracking manifest so they sent me a screen shot where it stated attempted deliver Sat 23rd September @ 11.57 then a redelivery was attempted on Monday 25th September. The postal woman did not fill out the reference number tracking box, so I had to ask the sender to provide that detail which I got from the sender.
So, this postal worker at the time she called I was in the house, the re delivery was scheduled for Monday 25th September I was in that morning also, so now this is the second time she has thrown a Something for you card into my letter box. She did not ring the door bell or knock the door knocker.

I live in an apartment so we live up 13 flights of stairs from the front door which at the top of the hallway there is another heavy fire door. Why did she not ring the door bell or knock the knocker god knows it’s big enough the front door knocker that is, if she does not ring the Doorbell or Knock the front door knocker, I will never hear anyone. By the way our door bell works becuase I tried it tested it working 100% the front door knocker works as well tested it loud and clear believe it or not this postal worker neither rang the door bell or knocked the front door knocker.

Our regular post man has never missed me in fact other couriers usually knock my door to leave parcels for other residents where I live as I get stuff nearly every day so what is going on with this postal worker and the reason they will not knock or ring the doorbell and instead leave a Something for you card then all the hassle of driving down to the depot. At least our post man has never had to leave a parcel for me with any of our residents who would be in but our post man would do that to save the hassle of driving down to the main sorting office.

So, I contacted Royal Mail complaints and stated everything what I have stated here I am so furious.

Next time that I am expecting a delivery I will be standing at the front door she wont have the opportunity to leave me a Something for you card ever again as I will ask her straight, why state I was not in when I was in and why did you not ring the front door bell or knock the door knocker, is it laziness or is she late for something else does she not have time to wait two minutes to write the tracking number on the card so when I go to the depot to collect my parcel they know what parcel it is I am to collect.

I just find this totally infuriating, that this postal worker just told lies to suit her own narrative.
