Parcelforce Parcel collected by royalmail
I took a parcel ( parcelforce label ) to the post office yesterday late afternoon, i was told parcelforce had already been and collected for the day, however the royal mail collection van was there at the time and they took both the RM and PF parcels, i was told this would be fine and given my receipt as usual, My issue is that since then the tracking has not updated and shows as still waiting for me to drop off at post office... royal mail tracking just sends me back to parcel force so apart from my receipt i have no idea where the parcel is or who is handling it, I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue happen or if there is any other way of tracking it, Delivery is due tomorrow so i hope it just turns up.
