Hi,
Please could someone advise?
My elderly mother sent a parcel as signed for but the recipient has moved address. The parcel is showing as RTS but no return address is on the parcel. It contains irreplaceable photographs and family keepsakes of my late step father. We have a tracking number but we do not know where to turn to retrieve the parcel. I would be so grateful if anyone could give us some guidance?

You need to fill in a P58inland (lost parcel) form, or online equivalent.
