Stuck at Langley over 4 weeks - what to do?
I have contacted sender who just directs me to customs with the tracking number. Everything I read says this is an unusual length of time. Communications cul-de-sac.

in UK law it's up to the customer to get the item to you so if they are not willing to chase it I would ask for a refund.
Otherwise, the best bet is to contact an official Royal Mail call centre and put a claim in. Sometimes this seems to cure the problem, especially if there is some sort of issue with the contents, address, labels or charges.
