EDIT: My parcel was delivered today. So glad it wasn't lost!
Hello, I am new to forums I've never used one before.. I have a parcel from a friend coming from US to UK. Posted with USPS. I tracked it on USPS website and it says it arrived in the UK yesterday, 23RD JULY 2023, "Arrived at a facility", but now has been transferred to "Copenhagen, Denmark". Could anyone help with this as I don't know why its been transferred there when I am in SE England. Also, I tracked it on Royal Mail .co.uk and it says arrived at "Heathrow" but nothing else? Would appreciate help.
I hope I have posted my question in the right spot.

P.S I have looked all over RM website and cannot find an email to contact them, the chat feature is a robot that doesn't understand my question.

Can you try the tracking number at https://parcelsapp.com/ and then copy and paste here all the tracking info that site gives? It will show for each tracking event, which firm scanned the item
