Hi,
Some months ago, my son left his mobile behind on a trip to Norther Ireland. The lady at the B&B kindly posted it back to us using International Tracking & Sign. Unfortunately she did not realise she needed to include electronic customs documents. Since May 2023, the parcel has arrived at customs in Dublin 3 times only to be returned to the Royal Mail. The lady at the B&B has not received any information/contact on each occasion. My son (12 yrs old) is quite upset at not getting it back and I'm frustrated trying to do so!
Can someone please advise me how to make contact with someone in Langley (this is where it seems to get returned to) so that the correct electronic customs documents can be attached enabling the Irish customs to let it into the country on its next attempt?

What about going to the local mobile phone shop and upgrading the phone number to a new phone.
