Item Leaving overseas France
It's a tracked and signed for parcel and should of arrived by now. I was told on the phone by Royal Mail it's at Langley and going through customs (when I asked wouldn't this appear on the tracking, he said it is not scanned as it enters Langley), though the Royal Mail customer help on Twitter said it has not reached England yet.
I am being told two different things... and no one seems to know where my parcel has gone. Any help would be fantastic.

No contradiction there.
Your plane lands at Heathrow, you walk down the air bridge etc. But you haven’t entered the UK yet, that only happens when you clear passport control & customs.

Ah okay, that puts my mind at ease a bit. Is there a lot of delays at Langley atm?

Not at the Royal Mail part, But there are always some delays in Customs, though it can be random.
Once it has been handed over to Royal Mail it should move quite quickly.
