Click and Drop not working regarding for international parcels

Post by C2019 »

Surely I can’t be the only one with this issue. It allows me to do everything as normal but wont allow collections regarding international tracked or tracked and signed , however it allows me to have parcels being delivered to England collected, but anything international or outside of England it just says error and to contact support.
So now what I have to do is request my england parcels be collected then ask the postie if he can add on the other international ones. Depending on which one I get it’s either “ yeah I can just scan this for you “ or it’s “ sorry, we aren’t supposed to collect any other parcels other than the ones specified”

So it’s more awkward now. Any workaround to this?

Some time ago (months) it became standard practice for us to pick up additional unbooked items from customers with booked collections.
It should be standard practice. Any postie refusing to do it hasn't been properly trained.
I can't find the appropriate document (maybe TBT or Postman can) or ask RM on their Twitter feed to confirm it.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
