I have a Parcelforce Express 24 package that is now for two days at the delivery depot and has been scanned on two days there as "Prepared for delivery" but then not actually going out for delivery as I am used to see it. I am the recipient, I already contacted the sender to contact Parcelforce CS.
Any ideas what could be the cause of this delay?
