Hi all,
I know that you can't see more info than me, but I wondered if anyone had any idea as to what has happened to an item I've bought.
The SD item was sent on Fri 28 Apr and arrived at my MC on the morning of 29 Apr and was then despatched to my DO, but it never had a scan it at the DO it appears.
One concern is that I requested a change of delivery twice (one before it got to the MC to ask to collect it at the DO in the morning) and then one on the morning of 29 Apr to request it to be delivered on Weds 3 May as it hadn't had a scan in at the DO in time for me to collect it before going out.
No tracking updates since my "Item due for Redelivery" on the 29 Apr. I've attached a screenshot of the tracking, and can provide the ref if needed.
Honestly, my guess is that it's fallen off the back of a truck somewhere.

That 0845 Due for redelivery is I think only one that happens at a Delivery Office normally. Have you been able to check with the caller's Office at the DO?
