I am trying to contact Border Force about a package they have cleared (and raised charges on) 4 weeks ago but which has not yet been passed to Royal Mail / HWDC.
Any help would be appreciated

I think you mean HM Revenue & Customs?
Several people have, over the years, claimed on here to have contact details for the relevant part of HMRC. However, when asked to post the details on here, none ever have.

Yeah I spoke to HMRC and they said it is Border Force (part of the Home Office) who deal with customs on packages

They're not available by email. Don't bother writing a letter to them - they just fob you off. They're utterly incompetent.
Pay the money to get the parcel if you want it and, if you're eligible, claim the money back.

This is a case of not receiving the note to say there is a fee to pay (on another thread) so at the moment they can't pay, and the item is still unreleased.passengerpigeon wrote: ↑04 May 2023, 00:04They're not available by email.
