Mail not being delivered to new POBOX

Hi, recently set up a new POBOX. Had one item successfully delivered there via tracked 24hrs.

However, have ordered atleast 5-6 items in first-class around 5 days back and one other item that's being tracked via 24hrs.

The tracked item is showing that it has been sent and was attempted to deliver at my local DO, west bromwich, which is where i pick up from. But then was sent back to Birmingham MC, and has been sat there for the past 3 days.


Yesterday i went to collect my mail from the POBOX expecting atleast most of the items, however there was no items in my POBOX, which is baffling.
It seems my post may be stuck in Birmingham MC.

What's the correct way of going about this? Give them a call?

Update: Here's another one of my parcels that is tracked, currently bouncing between my DO and Birmingham MC.
